Juliet Ayres is a contemporary realist novelist known for her unexpected plot twists and characterisation.

Her debut novelette 'Caught on the Web'  was  published in 2018 and her novel 'A Glimmer Through the Breach' in 2022. 

Before penning her first work in 2018, Ms Ayres had been an English tutor for over twenty years. After graduating with a PGCE, she taught Basic Literacy in Further & Adult Education and continues to tutor English privately.

Daughter of an Italian mother and English father, Ms Ayres was born and bred in Manchester, UK where she continues to live with her husband within close proximately to her three adult children, one of whom has Down’s syndrome.
